Bouchée à la Reine/ Koninginnehapje night

Last Saturday, the Belgian community in Seoul and friends came together over a delicious course of Belgian dishes prepared by the Belgian chef Patrick Asselborn. It was a great opportunity for everyone to meet with the new members of the Belgian Korean Business Forum and say goodbye to those of us who are leaving for new adventures.

The evening featured the famous “Bouchée à la Reine” / “Koninginnehapje” as the main dish. A sort of vol-au-vent consisting of a puff pastry croustade filled with a salpicon (chicken and mushrooms) and a thick sauce served with French fries.
