About BKBF

Established as a non-profit organization in 1992, the Belgian Korean Business Forum (BKBF) is a forum for Belgians, Koreans, and other nationals in Korea wishing to do business with Belgium or Korea. Since its establishment, the organization’s been representing the interests of its members both in Belgium and Korea while helping them apprehend Belgian business culture.

The BKBF aims to strengthen the Belgium-Korea relationship while assisting the Belgian people in Korea. In 2019, the organization took part in the Belgian State visit of His Majesty King Philippe by supporting several initiatives and events that were organized throughout the entire visit.

The organization has also supported various initiatives, including the establishment of the European Chamber of Commerce in Korea (ECCK) and trade missions that were organized by Flanders Investment and Trade.

We support our members and represent their cultural, academic, and economic interests.

We create networking opportunities to gather Belgians, Koreans, and other nationals in Korea.

We collaborate with other organizations, including the Embassy of Belgium in Seoul and other CofC.

We represent the Belgian community during official meetings with Belgian officials and/or Korean officials.
