Merry Christmas & Happy New Year 2023
In 2022, the Belgian Korean Business Forum experienced a revival following a hiatus caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. Indeed, we had to adjust our communication and events to comply with social distancing measures while still making them as accessible as possible.
Despite the challenges, we took action in 2022 to strengthen our organization. We signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the other Belgian-Luxembourg chambers of commerce in Asia, created an Instagram and Linkedin account to strengthen our communication, and welcomed new committee members to support our activities.
So what did we do in 2022? We organized 15 events, co-organized 5 seminars, and supported the Embassy of Belgium in Seoul on several occasions. Our president, Philippe Gerard, also represented the colors of our country at the French Embassy and during the visit of Belgian officials.
The Belgian Korean Business Forum is planning a number of initiatives and events for the upcoming year.
