Brouwerij De Leite is a Belgian craft brewery located in Ruddervoorde, West Flanders. The brewery was founded in 2008 by Luc Vermeersch, a former biochemist and avid homebrewer. De Leite specializes in producing unique and flavorful artisanal beers using traditional brewing methods and natural ingredients. The brewery’s product range includes a variety of styles, including ales, stouts, sours, and barrel-aged beers. Some of its most popular beers include Cuvée Soeur’ise, a strong dark ale; Femme Fatale, a Belgian IPA; and Fils à Papa, a barrel-aged imperial stout.
